Apple has just announced its latest phones, the iPhone 17 series. That is three upgrades to familiar models and also the all-new iPhone Air, that is replacing the Plus. If camping out on release day isn't your style, but you still wish to secure one as soon as possible, you'll be able to reserve the iPhone 17, 17 Pro, 17 Pro Max or iPhone Air from 10pm AEST on September 12th, in advance of the September 19 release date.
The iPhone 17 has a fresh design with a slightly larger 6.3-inch display and slimmer bezels. And after a long wait (and a ton of grumbling), the base iPhone finally includes a 120Hz refresh rate.
Inside, Apple’s new A19 chip is faster as well as more optimized, especially when teamed up with Apple Intelligence. If you are upgrading from an older iPhone, you will notice a huge bump in speed and improved gameplay courtesy of ProMotion.

The iPhone 17 will come in six colourways: black, white, steel gray, light blue, green and purple.The iPhone 17 Air is set to come in colour options such as black, white, light gold and sky blue.
